The Learn to Gym program is a 5-week beginner friendly program, designed to help you feel empowered and comfortable at the gym!
The program consists of 2 x 1 hour coached sessions per week, conducted by Ex-Phys students under the supervision of a qualified Exercise Physiologist. Participants will be paired up with an individual of similar experience and goals, and an Ex-Phys student will lead a personalised program.
