Check in with how you’re feeling and look after your basic needs, with a little help from our friendly volunteers.

At Check Point we run events to help you pause and power up your wellbeing. At each event you’ll get free, nutritious food and bitesize opportunities to practice the skills needed for good wellbeing. The more Wellness Check Points you visit, the more your skills will improve, and the better you’ll feel! 

We pop up around campus with things like:

  • Breakfast: Free morning breakfast to help you start the day right
  • Nighttime Nibbles: Late-night snacks while you're studying into the evening. Find us in the Law Library or Main Library during exam season (Wk 5, 10 & 11)

The goal? To make long study days a little lighter, help students feel cared for, and keep everyone going when assignments, midterms, and deadlines hit hardest.
